By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We provide:

• STAT courier services
• Routine medical delivery
• Lab & specimen transport
• Pharmacy deliveries
• Hospital supply runs

Service availability may vary based on weather, traffic, and safety conditions.

2. Rates

Pricing is based on:

• Distance
• Service level (STAT vs routine)
• Add-on fees (after-hours, rush, weekend rates)

Quotes are estimates; final invoice may vary based on actual mileage and conditions.

3. Delivery Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse:

• Improperly packaged materials
• Hazardous materials
• Illegal substances
• Items that violate DOT or state regulations

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate pickup & drop-off information
• Ensure materials are sealed and compliant with regulations
• Provide proper contact details for both ends

5. Liability

We are insured for:

• General Liability
• Business Auto (once upgraded)

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or closures
• Damages from improper packaging
• Incorrect addresses provided by the client

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices past 30 days may incur fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations under 10 minutes: no fee.

Cancellations after driver dispatch: full base rate applies.

8. Governing Law

All terms follow New York State laws.
